Frank

Frank, a name that emerged from the essence of honest design: open, sincere or free-flowing in both manner and appearance. A six-unit townhouse complex in the heart of the historic neighbourhood of James Bay, Frank was constructed as contemporary brownstone-style homes, with an exterior that responded to the landscape and surrounding area through the utilization of natural materials.

A simple, streamlined aesthetic across the interiors of all units was designed for the modern homeowner that maximized both natural light and cohesive materials.

To achieve its goal of being better, not bigger, Frank optimized a functional design through smart layout and customization.

Created to fill the need for quality urban townhomes, the "missing middle" housing type, it provided a multi-level living space that saw an open plan main floor kitchen and living area, with a downstairs media room/office with a backyard courtyard in lieu of parking and an upper level with the private bedroom space.

High-quality kitchen cabinetry and gallery white walls are complemented by warm rift oak shelving and white oak floors, giving the interiors a timeless simplicity.
