Who are we?

We are Aryze.

We are a local Victoria-based group of millennials trying to build homes. We like to think of ourselves as entrepreneurs with an underlying goal of building better communities; this includes building a swim dock with a floating tree in Victoria’s Gorge waterway and engaging in Victoria’s political conversations. Naturally this expanded to include tackling the mystifying real estate industry, where we see an opportunity to build infill homes in urban areas just outside Victoria’s downtown which are in line with our creative and social values.

While we bring a number of innovative infill development projects to market, Aryze’s roots are in quality and unique construction. Our focus to build homes with the highest standards of craft, design and efficiency has distinguished our homes from others on the block.

Who are you?

You are a motivated, highly energetic, punctual and, most of all, detail-oriented individual; experience in human resources and project administration or office administration is an asset.

Aryze is growing and looking for an experienced HR & Operations Coordinator

Aryze is looking for an HR & Operations Coordinator to join our team. You are part of a small team working to maintain order and transparency for Aryze’s daily operations. This role is critical to the success of our business and integral to our continued growth. You, the ideal candidate, have strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time. You also have a keen interest in community-building, and sustainable business; you share the values that drive Aryze as a company.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the HR & Operations Coordinator works in conjunction with the finance and accounting team and the VP of Operations to manage HR functions for the organization, support WorkSafeBC (WCB) coordination, implement payroll administration and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of Aryze Developments. All functions and responsibilities are performed in accordance with Aryze's values and beliefs.
