Design
Superior materials like first-grade cedar shakes with a durable semi-transparent stain, frieze board, paint grade fir soffits and rafter tails were used to match the high-quality exterior requirements.
The finest workmanship and attention to detail are displayed in the walk-through pantry, wide central passage and office space defined with a transparent tempered glass wall–all centred around a great room with a soaring 18-foot ceiling.
The use of custom millwork and reclaimed materials from Brentwood Bay and the Royal Victoria Yacht Club highlight the unique character of this house, making it one of a kind.
