In a search for their dream house the homeowners–a professional couple with a passion for all things outdoors–realized their own 1800-square-foot Broadmead rancher can become an airy, open-concept sanctuary reflective of their lifestyle.
Guided by a desire to seamlessly connect the outdoors with indoors, our team worked on opening up the floorplan and adding contemporary design details that highlight the home owners’ personality.
A white palette with natural wood tones softens the stark modern kitchen and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.

By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, we created unobstructed views of the garden and outdoor deck, allowing the natural sunlight in.
A large white quartz island in the kitchen acts as a functional workspace with a sink while also providing ample space to host friends and family.
The strategic placement of windows between the cabinets lets an abundance of natural light in the kitchen.
Visually connecting the living room with the kitchen, the custom glossy builtins surround the central fireplace clad in light textured ledge stone.
The original white oak flooring was beautifully refinished to ground the light and airy space.
