I joined Aryze about four years ago as a Construction Manager. For me, this job represented an opportunity to join a team of people who share the same values and work towards improving the quality of life in our community. Things like integrity, quality of work and ethics matter to me so it just clicked on a personal level.
Ah—it's hard to pick just one of many that we've worked on over the years. I think if you ask anyone on the team, each of our projects represents different aspects of the home building industry so picking only one would be unfair!
I can tell you that one of the most exciting projects that we've worked on is Double Header. Have you seen that crazy architecture?
Just bringing the vision to life and finding ways to construct this architecturally significant home while also making it a functional living environment for the family was a very interesting experience. Plus, the homeowners were one of the best clients I've had the chance to work with in my career.
There's been a lot of growth that comes naturally as the company evolves and adds more diverse projects to our portfolio. Our team has grown, too, and with the health and safety situation worldwide, we've been in a state of constant progress that requires the ability to manage frequent change. Personally, I find these challenges to be a great learning opportunity to expand on this skillset and grow professionally.

Well, I usually move around a lot because my day involves a few different site visits. Working together with trades and consultants, I coordinate communications to ensure we're on the same page. If there are any bumps along the road, I make sure we can resolve them quickly and efficiently.
