Honouring the rich heritage of Victoria's merchant past, our proposal for 1702 Quadra is a purpose-built rental infill development integrating our city's past and present.
Located at the corner of Quadra and Fisgard, we've preserved elements of the original building, known as "The Abbey". The building front is proposed as a small commercial retail unit space, setting the foundation for the modern collection of rental apartments above.
As our proposal moves through various steps of development process, we aim to keep the community members informed in order to build trust and establish a shared vision for the project.
