Inspired by the unique marine climate of the area, Leeward features contemporary design details that were thoughtfully selected with the future home owners in mind.
A challenging site like Leeward provided an excellent opportunity for an infill development that would complement Sidney’s budding urban character while respecting the local context.
We collaborated with the award-winning Low Hammond Rowe Architects to synthesize creative architecture and intelligent design in building quality homes that not only benefit the existing community, but also the needs of its future residents as well.
Design
Designed to allow maximum natural light indoors, the homes at Leeward prioritize privacy while remaining airy and roomy inside.
A private elevator brings guests and residents up from street level.

The modern, upper level townhomes combine contemporary, open concept design, custom millwork and a private rooftop deck with panoramic views.
Each Leeward home comes with a lifetime Modo membership that allows owners to pick up and drop off from the Modo car share space right out front of the building.
