Brian brings over 25 years of experience in the residential building industry and seven years in both commercial and residential maintenance—a combination that means he understands how homes are built and what it takes to keep them performing at their best. At Aryze, his focus is homeowner relations and the delivery of a high-quality handover experience: making sure every homeowner feels looked after from the moment they get their keys.

Senior Maintenance Technician
With close to 20 years in construction and a background in residential renovations, Phil brings practical, ground-level expertise to every warranty request he manages.
Daniel Warthe
Maintenance Technician
Daniel is a carpenter with 20 years of experience across Victoria and Vancouver, with deep expertise in interior finishing. He's led crews, mentored apprentices and worked directly with clients to see projects through.
