Some of our most meaningful work doesn't start with a building—it starts with a relationship. We're honoured to partner with First Nations across Vancouver Island, supporting community-led visions for economic opportunity, cultural renewal and long-term impact.
We build in the communities we live in, which shapes how we approach partnerships with non-profits, societies and community organizations. These aren't typical development projects: they're collaborations where everyone brings something to the table. The problems to solve are different every time—and so are the solutions.
We're building for the 15-minute city—where you can get a haircut, grab a coffee and meet a friend for a beer all by bike. But that only works if local businesses have somewhere to open their door. Our mixed-use buildings are designed to make space at ground level, with fair terms and in neighbourhoods that are already walkable.
