Committed to building high quality homes and diversifying Victoria’s urban fabric, we collaborated with Low Hammond Rowe Architects to introduce our very first purpose-built rental to the Saanich neighbourhood.
Featuring a mix of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom homes, The Chord offers thoughtfully designed floor plans with spacious outdoor patios and modern décor features in each apartment.

Each apartment is complete with:
- High-quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures by Grohe
- Whirlpool kitchen appliance packages
- In-suite laundry

In addition to offering residents an opportunity for car-lite lifestyle, the homes at The Chord incorporate rooftop solar technology.
The energy collected through 63 solar panels installed on the rooftop is further used to power the lighting in the common areas.
