Background

Built on the foundation of honest design that is open, sincere and free-flowing, these townhomes are a simple infill solution combining intelligent design and creative architecture, leaving a lasting impression on the neighbourhood.

We built Frank because infill developments in established neighbourhoods provide architecturally significant homes to more people along the housing continuum.

Multi-level living space consists of an open concept kitchen and living room with a media room downstairs and an upper-level private bedroom area. Adjacent to the home, the front and backyards give homeowners an option to spend quality time outdoors.

Features

One of the key design goals was to animate the street. Each entryway was individualized with decorative canopies that bring human scale to the built form.

A simple, streamlined aesthetic across the interiors of all units was designed for the modern homeowner that maximized both natural light and cohesive materials.

Featuring weathered steel and plenty of windows, Frank’s exterior utilizes mainly natural materials that complement the existing cityscape.

Better—not bigger—with optimized functional layouts and smart customizations.

High-quality kitchen cabinetry and gallery white walls are complemented by warm rift oak shelving and white oak floors, giving the interiors a timeless simplicity.
